Window Cleaning, Inside & Out
Streak-free glass inside and out, with screens, sills and tracks done properly.
Clean windows change a room more than almost anything else you can pay for, and on the Gulf coast they need it more often than most places. Salt air films the glass, hard water spots the outside, and the tracks collect a damp black gunk that most cleaners just leave. We do glass, screens, sills and tracks together, because doing only the glass is what makes windows look dirty again a week later.

Window Cleaning — Common Questions
Can you get hard water spots off the glass?
Usually yes. Florida water is hard, and sprinkler overspray on the outside of a window leaves mineral deposits that ordinary glass cleaner will not touch. We use a dedicated mineral remover. If the spotting has gone on long enough to actually etch the glass, no cleaner can reverse that, and we will tell you honestly rather than charge you to find out.
Do you do second-storey and high windows?
We do second-floor windows that can be safely reached from a ladder or a water-fed pole. We do not do high-rise or anything needing rope access or a lift — for those we will refer you to a specialist who is properly equipped and insured for it.
Is it cheaper as part of a house clean?
Considerably — roughly half. If we are already at your home for a deep clean or a recurring visit, adding windows costs $6–$10 each instead of the $12–$18 standalone rate, because the trip and the setup are already paid for.
Why do the tracks matter so much?
Because that is where the damp sits. Window and slider tracks collect dirt that stays wet in Florida humidity and turns into black mildew, which then smears back onto clean glass the first time you open the window. Cleaning glass without doing the tracks is why windows look dirty again within days.
