Why monthly costs more
Four weeks of buildup takes longer to clean than two — so monthly is $20 more per visit, not less. Most companies price this backwards and then rush the job. We would rather say it out loud.
Your first visit
The first clean is charged at the one-time rate because bringing a home to baseline takes longer. From the second visit onward you pay the recurring rate. If the home has not been cleaned in over a year we will suggest a deep clean instead — and tell you why.
What can change the price
Square footage well beyond what the bed count suggests, heavy pet hair, or a home in rough shape. We will tell you on the phone before we book, never after the fact on the invoice.

We Are Not The Cheapest
You can hire an individual cleaner directly around here for roughly $18 to $22 an hour. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and for some households that is genuinely the right call.
Here is what the difference in price actually buys:
- Liability insurance, so a broken item is our problem and not yours
- Background checks on everyone who enters your home
- Cover when someone is sick — you are not left with no cleaner that week
- Our own supplies, equipment and vacuums, replaced when they wear out
- Someone to call, and a business that will still be here next year
- Payroll taxes and workers comp handled properly, which is not optional for us
If price is the deciding factor for you, hiring directly is a perfectly reasonable choice and we will not try to talk you out of it. If you would rather have the protection and the consistency, that is what we are for.
Pricing Questions
Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?
Because we think hiding them is a sales tactic, not a service. Almost every cleaning company in Tampa Bay makes you fill in a form and sit through a call before you learn what anything costs. We would rather you saw the number, decided it was fair, and called us because you already wanted to.
Is the price on this page the price I actually pay?
For a typical home in average condition, yes. The rates are flat per visit, not hourly, so a slow day for us is not an expensive day for you. What changes the number is genuine extra work — a home that has not been cleaned in a year, heavy pet hair, or a much larger square footage than the bed count suggests. We tell you that on the phone before we book, never afterward on the invoice.
Why does monthly cleaning cost more per visit than biweekly?
Because four weeks of buildup takes longer to clean than two. Most companies price monthly as if it were cheaper and then either rush the visit or quietly add a charge later. We would rather be straight about it: monthly is $20 more per visit, and it is still the best value if you only want us occasionally.
Why is your first visit more expensive?
Getting a home to a clean baseline always takes longer than holding it there — usually 1.5 to 2 times as long. Some companies hide this by requiring a full deep clean before you can start a schedule. We just charge the one-time rate for the first visit and drop you to the recurring rate from the second one onward.
Are you the cheapest option?
No, and it is worth understanding why. You can hire an individual cleaner directly for around $18–$22 an hour in this area. What you do not get for that is liability insurance, a background check, a replacement if someone is sick, or anyone to call if something gets broken. We carry all of that, and it is most of the difference in price. If budget is the deciding factor, hiring directly is a legitimate choice and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Do you charge sales tax?
On residential house cleaning, no — Florida exempts it. On commercial and office cleaning, yes: Florida taxes nonresidential cleaning at your county rate, which is 7% in Pasco and Pinellas and 6.5% in Hernando. We quote commercial work tax-inclusive and show the tax as its own line on the invoice.
Do you require a contract or a deposit?
Neither. No contract, no deposit, no cancellation fee, no minimum number of visits. We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, purely so we can offer the slot to someone else.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, card, Venmo or Zelle — whatever suits you. Residential customers pay at the time of the clean. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly.
