We do the real cleanup: HEPA vacuuming, multiple passes as airborne dust resettles, adhesive and sticker removal from windows and fixtures, and a final detail so the space is genuinely move-in ready.

Pricing, honestly
Priced per square foot by phase, which is how contractors actually buy it: rough clean during the build $0.10–$0.30/sq ft, final clean $0.30–$0.75/sq ft, touch-up before handover $0.15–$0.30/sq ft. Minimum charge $325. Debris hauling is quoted separately, usually $100–$300 depending on volume.

Why does construction dust need a special clean?
Drywall dust particles are extremely fine and stay suspended in the air long after the work stops. Clean once and more will settle out overnight. Doing it properly means HEPA filtration and several passes over a day or two — a single wipe-down genuinely does not work, no matter how carefully it is done.
Do you work with contractors directly?
Yes, regularly. We can coordinate with your project schedule and invoice the contractor or the homeowner, whichever the job is set up for.
Do you do rough cleans as well as final cleans?
We do both. A rough clean during the build keeps the site workable between trades; the final clean is the one that makes it move-in ready. Many jobs benefit from both.
