Frequently Asked Questions
Everything people usually want to know before they book — prices, scheduling, insurance, pets, keys, and what we will not do. If your question is not here, just call.
386-693-6351Booking & scheduling
How do I book my first clean?
Call or text 386-693-6351, or send the form on our contact page. Tell us the size of your home and what you are after, and we will give you a price and the next available slot on the same call. There is no sales visit and nothing to sign.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Recurring customers are scheduled well in advance, but we usually have one-time slots within the same week. Same-day and next-day is often possible, particularly for rental turnovers — call and ask rather than assuming we are full.
Do I have to be home?
No, and most of our recurring customers are not. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. We treat that access as strictly confidential and it is never shared beyond the cleaner assigned to your home.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just let us know 24 hours ahead if you can, so we can offer the slot to somebody else. There is no cancellation fee. Life happens and we are not going to charge you for it.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That is how we run it. We assign one cleaner to your home and keep them there. If they are ever sick or on holiday we will tell you in advance who is coming instead.
Pricing & payment
How much does it cost?
Our full rate card is published on the pricing page — a 3 bed / 2 bath recurring clean is $165 every two weeks, for example. Almost nobody else in this market publishes prices, which we think says more about them than about us.
Is it hourly or a flat rate?
Flat rate per visit. We are never on the clock in your kitchen, so a slower day for us is not a more expensive day for you.
When and how do I pay?
Residential customers pay at the time of the clean by cash, check, card, Venmo or Zelle. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly.
Do you charge sales tax?
Not on residential house cleaning — Florida exempts it. Commercial and office cleaning is taxable in Florida at the county rate (7% Pasco and Pinellas, 6.5% Hernando), and we show it as its own line rather than hiding it in the total.
Do you require a contract?
No. No contract, no deposit, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Keep us as long as we are earning it.
Do you offer discounts?
Frequency is the discount. Weekly service is 10% below the biweekly rate. Beyond that, we would rather price fairly for everyone from the start than run promotions that quietly get funded by the customers who did not ask.
The cleaning itself
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes — everything, including vacuums, at no extra charge. If you would prefer we use a specific product you keep at home, leave it out and let us know.
Are your products safe for pets and children?
The products we use are safe once dry, which is standard for the industry. If you have a household with babies, asthma, allergies or particularly sensitive pets, tell us and we will use the fragrance-free and green options we keep on the van instead.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean goes after accumulated buildup — inside appliances, grout, baseboards, behind furniture — and takes two to three times as long. If nobody has cleaned the home thoroughly in over a year, start with a deep clean.
What do you not clean?
Exterior windows above the second storey, roofs and gutters, pest control, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, carpet shampooing and pressure washing. We also will not move heavy furniture, though we clean around and under it wherever we can safely reach.
Can you work around my pets?
Of course, and we would rather they stayed out with us than got shut away. Just tell us their names and anything we should know — whether they bolt for open doors, or would rather not be approached.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Call us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. That is the whole guarantee — there is no form to fill in and no argument to win first.
Trust & safety
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry liability insurance. We will send a certificate of insurance to any commercial client, landlord or property manager who needs one on file — just ask when you request a quote.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Every one of them, before their first visit to a customer home. No exceptions.
What happens if something gets broken?
We tell you. Same day, before you find it yourself. Then our insurance covers repair or replacement. Accidents are rare but they are not impossible, and how a company handles them is the part that actually matters.
How do you handle keys and codes?
Keys are stored securely and never labelled with your address. Codes are shared only with the cleaner assigned to your home. If you ever stop using us, we return keys immediately.
Areas & availability
Which areas do you serve?
Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, Trinity, Holiday and Tarpon Springs across Pasco and north Pinellas, plus Spring Hill in Hernando County. We also regularly take work in Aripeka, Bayonet Point, Elfers, Shady Hills, Odessa, Land O Lakes, Weeki Wachee and Palm Harbor.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Not inside our normal service area — it is included in the quoted price. For jobs well outside that footprint we will tell you up front if travel affects the number.
What does "day and night hours" mean in practice?
Early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight where it is needed. Offices get cleaned after closing, rental turnovers happen between checkout and check-in, and residential appointments are available outside working hours for people who work during them.
Do you clean commercial and residential?
Both, and it is roughly half and half. Homes, condos, mobile homes and rentals on the residential side; offices, medical and dental suites, salons, retail, churches and small warehouses on the commercial side.
