A 2 bed / 1 bath starts at $129 and a typical 3 bed / 2 bath runs $155–$185 per recurring visit. Weekly saves 20% and biweekly saves 15% off the one-time rate. Your first visit costs more than the ones after it, because getting a home to baseline always takes longer than holding it there — we tell you that number up front.

House Cleaning — Common Questions
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — most of our recurring customers are at work when we clean. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code, and we treat that access as strictly confidential. If you would rather be there, that is completely fine too.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We arrive with all the supplies, vacuums and equipment we need, at no extra charge. If you would prefer we use a specific product you keep at home — because of allergies, a pet, or a delicate surface — just leave it out and let us know.
How often should I schedule?
Every two weeks is the sweet spot for most households and is what the majority of our customers choose. Homes with pets, young children, or heavy foot traffic often do better weekly. If you just want a reset a few times a year, monthly works fine.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Keep us as long as we are earning it — that is the whole arrangement.
