Amanda Cleaning Service runs a deliberately simple website. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell anything to data brokers, and there is no analytics script following you around. This page explains the little we do collect.
What we collect
The only information we gather is what you type into the quote form on our contact page: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, your property type, and whatever you write in the message box.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — as essentially every web server does. We use those only for security and to limit automated form spam.
What we use it for
- To reply to your quote request and arrange the work
- To send you a confirmation that we received your message
- To keep a record of jobs quoted and booked
- To block spam and abusive automated submissions
That is the whole list. We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we will not text you promotions.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The only exceptions are the ordinary ones: our web host, which stores the data on our behalf, and any situation where the law genuinely requires us to disclose something.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for up to two years so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted. Server access logs are kept for a much shorter period. If you would like your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There are no advertising pixels, no social media trackers and no third-party scripts. Your browser may cache pages, images and fonts to make the site load faster, which is a normal browser function rather than tracking.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box, we may reply by text about your request. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are rate-limited, and quote records are stored outside the publicly accessible part of our web server. No system is perfect, but we are not holding payment card details or anything similarly sensitive.
Children
This site is aimed at adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 386-693-6351 or email [email protected] and we will handle it — no forms, no process, just ask.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top. If it is a significant change, we will say so plainly rather than burying it.
