Will this get my security deposit back?
It gives you the best possible shot. We clean to the standard on a typical Florida move-out checklist, including the details landlords actually look for — inside the oven, inside the fridge, and inside cabinets. What we cannot fix is damage: holes in the wall, stained carpet, or broken fixtures are repair issues, not cleaning issues.
Should the home be empty first?
Ideally yes. We do our best and fastest work in a fully empty home, and it costs you less because we are not working around boxes and furniture. If a few items are left, that is workable — just let us know when you book.
Can you clean on short notice for a closing?
Often, yes. Real estate timelines move and we keep some flexibility for exactly that reason. We also work day and night hours, so an evening or weekend turnaround before a morning walkthrough is usually doable. Call and we will tell you straight whether we can hit your date.
