Pricing, honestly
Priced by enclosure size: small lanai under 800 sq ft $175–$250, medium 800–1,500 sq ft $225–$350, large 1,500–2,500 sq ft $300–$450, and estate cages $400 and up. Adding the pool deck is $100–$250 more. Booking it as a package with the deck is the cheapest way to do it.

Do you pressure wash the screens?
No, and neither should anyone else. High pressure tears screen mesh and strips the finish off painted aluminum, which is why so many cages end up with blown panels after a cheap wash. We soft wash instead — under 100 PSI with cleaning surfactants that do the work chemically. It is gentler and it actually gets more off.
How often does a pool cage need cleaning?
Once a year keeps most enclosures in good shape on this coast. If your cage sits under oaks or pines, or backs onto water, twice a year is more realistic — organic debris feeds the mildew and it comes back faster.
Can you do the pool deck at the same time?
Yes, and it is the sensible way to book it. Doing the cage and the deck in one visit costs meaningfully less than two separate trips, and the deck always needs it once the runoff from the screens has come down.
What if a screen is already torn?
We will spot it and tell you, with a photo, rather than washing over it. We do not re-screen ourselves, but we can point you to people locally who do good work at a fair price.
