Most recurring cleans for a 2–3 bedroom home run $120–$190 per visit, and one-time deep cleans usually land between $225 and $450. Price depends on square footage, how many bathrooms you have, and the condition the home is in. We quote a real number over the phone rather than making you sit through a sales appointment.
What areas do you serve?
Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, Trinity, Holiday and Tarpon Springs across Pasco and north Pinellas, plus Spring Hill in Hernando County. If you are just outside those, call anyway — we can usually work something out.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for commercial clients or landlords who need one on file. Our cleaners are background-checked before they ever enter a customer home.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Most of our recurring customers are at work while we clean. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code, and we treat that access as strictly confidential. If you would rather be home, that is completely fine.
What does "day and night hours" actually mean?
It means we are not a nine-to-five operation. We clean offices after closing, handle vacation rental turnovers between a late checkout and an early check-in, and take residential appointments in the evening and at weekends for people who work during the day.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — supplies, vacuums and equipment, all included at no extra cost. If you have a product you prefer we use, because of allergies, a pet or a delicate surface, leave it out and let us know.
